I work daily to support these amazing athletes on their personal journeys to the Ironman or Marathon finish line. While I participate in both as I am an athlete myself, my primary role is as facilitator and organizer.

This mentor can explain the 'ins and outs' of projects, day to day tasks, and eliminate unnecessary things that may be currently going on in your work day.
